One thing we have learned regarding Hungarian food, and meat in particular, is that nothing goes to waste. Pig tails, snouts, ears, livers; rooster feet, heads, testicles; and cow stomach are all found for sale in the market. We recently ate pacal pörkölt that Zoli Halmi made for us, which is made from cow stomach. Enjoy the pictures.

One thing we have learned regarding Hungarian food, and meat in particular, is that nothing goes to waste.
