Serve The City

Last weekend we had our first "Serve The City Budapest" event. Serve The City was begun in Brussels about eight years ago with the goal of "mobilizing volunteers to show kindness in practical ways to people in need. We partner with homeless shelters, refugee centers, orphanages, and other associations, and invite volunteers to offer practical help and support." We try to make a practical difference in the city.
Our first event was a trash clean up along a road that prostitutes frequent. You can see a video about what we did at Serve The City: Street Clean-Up
