Anne's Baptism

This afternoon we were privileged to participate in our friend Anne's baptism. Anne works with Cindy as a volunteer at EDYN. We met Anne the first week we were here this Fall when she arrived from Germany. We bonded immediately. She came with us to church already that first week and continued to pursue her interest in knowing God. It's been a joy to watch her grow and share her love for God with others. She began coming to our Tuesday night Bible Study and asked David (our pastor/leader of the group) if he would baptize her. So today we gathered along the bank of the Danube to witness her baptism. The group that was there were friends of Anne's (and now ours) who are living and studying in Budapest but are from all over the world...Chile,France, Germany, USA, Estonia and Hungary. It's been a delight to see how God has used Anne's witness to impact all of our lives.
