Seeing More of our Surroundings

Jack's schedule has been changed so that all of his classes are on Monday through Thursday...
which means that he now has Fridays free...
Since the weather forecast showed a very nice (55 degree day) we packed a lunch and went to the Új Köztemető which is the historical cemetery where Imre Nagy, the prime minister of Hungary during the 1956 revolution, is buried. We had a travel bug that Jonathan and Janna had given us at Christmas to be placed in a geocache overseas. We found a cache near the grave below. This cemetery is over a square mile in size so we got a good hike in. As you can see in the first picture there are some very old well hidden grave sites in the ivy filled woods.

but there are also other areas where there are so many graves and so large that it's hard to walk between them. Behind this family (Csalad) grave you see many walls where cremated bodies are placed.
