Rapidly Changing Weather
Yesterday when I (Jack) came home for lunch, the sun was shining, the sky blue, and it felt so warm. I checked the Budapest weather.com site to find it was 55 degrees. So I decided to go back for my last class exchanging my winter coat, scarf, and knit cap for a spring jacket and no cap. It had become overcast by the time I walked back to school. After school, I left directly for Kalvin ter to meet Cindy at work. By then the dark, ominous clouds were rolling in. We took the red line to the second-to-last stop, then walked the three blocks to Tesco; at that point it was sprinkling and blowing. As we were leaving the store at 4:30, laden with our three full bags, it was raining hard. Three block walk back to the metro; we were getting soaked and cold. As we had no umbrellas (Cindy at least had the hood on her coat!), I used another grocery bag to cover my head. At 5:30, after another stop at our local fruit and veg lady, we were really soaked through. Do you supposed we will always take our umbrellas with us wherever we go?

hmmm. kinda sounds like a hassle to lug that around.
I've been thinking about how different it will going anywhere while we're in MI... bundling Eva up before heading out will be quite the task!
