Our first pizza party of the year took place last night here in our flat. We decided to split the class
of 32 9D students into their three levels, so that we could more easily accommodate the smaller group, and make the pizza production more manageable. Eleven pizzas instead of twenty-five or more was a big improvement! Another benefit with having the smaller group was the ability to have more conversation with the students. This class was the first of the three groups to get the party because we teachers decided to use a little motivation: The group working the hardest got the reward. You could often hear the 9D2 group chanting under their breath in class "pizza party...pizza party...pizza party"
They loved the pizza. When they left they expressed their appreciation and said that they are
hoping for a pancake breakfast next. Enjoy the pictures!
